  • How does your gift wrapping service work?

    1. Request services in the Contact page or call/email us.

    2. We will confirm your order with final pricing to ensure you agree with all services requested.

    3. You can drop off your unwrapped gifts, schedule a pickup, or request on-site wrapping.

    4. I’ll gift-wrap your item based on your preferences (custom or gift-wrapping only) and return everything beautifully packaged and ready to give.

    Please note that photos will be taken at pick-up/before wrapping and at delivery to assure you of safety and security.

  • What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?

    I accept cash, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.
    Payment is due at drop-off (if you're dropping gifts off to me) or at pickup (if I’m collecting the gifts from you).
    For on-site wrapping or large orders, a 50% deposit may be required.

  • Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

    Yes! I offer convenient pickup and drop-off in Brentwood and surrounding areas in Contra Costa County and all around San Francisco/Bay Area/Silicon Valley. Fees vary by zone and distance, starting at $5 locally.

  • How do you ensure the security of my gifts during pick-up and drop-off?

    Your gifts are always treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.

    For pickup and drop-off, your unwrapped items are photographed, and placed securely in a sealed container so nothing gets mixed up or misplaced. I photograph your bundle at pickup and again after wrapping so you always know exactly what was received and returned.

    Your gifts stay with me at all times and are never left unattended or transported with other customers’ items.

  • Can you wrap gifts at my home or at my business?

    Absolutely. If you prefer on-site gift wrapping, I can come to your home or company headquarters. This service is ideal for corporate gifting, large bundles, or when you'd like everything wrapped on the spot.

  • What is your Christmas cutoff date for guaranteed delivery?

    To make sure I can wrap every gift beautifully and return them on time, my Christmas cutoff date for guaranteed delivery is December 21.

    Orders placed between December 22-24 may still be accepted, but will be charged a $10 surcharge, depending on availability and number of gifts to be wrapped.

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple gifts?

    Yes!

    10+ gifts → 10% off or a free deluxe upgrade

    On-site wrapping is also available, which waives pick-up/delivery fees.

  • What types of wrapping styles do you offer?

    I offer a variety of designs with clean folds and fun embellishments. Each gift will be uniquely designed even for large orders!

    I can also match your holiday or party theme, or customize the design based on your recipient’s favorite things!

  • How long does wrapping take?

    Small batches (5–7 gifts) are typically ready within 24–48 hours. Large bundles or on-site sessions may require more time, especially close to the holidays.

  • Do you wrap oddly shaped or oversized items?

    Yes — I love a challenge! Oversized or uniquely shaped gifts receive the odd-sized/large gift pricing.

  • What if I want to use my own wrapping paper?

    No problem! Wrapping-only services start at $5 per gift with embellishments, tag, box and tissue included. You provide the wrapping paper or other decors.

  • Can you handle corporate or team gifting?

    Absolutely! I offer on-site corporate wrapping, employee gifting packages, and bulk wrapping options. Great for offices, teams, client appreciation, or event giveaways.
